What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept any valid credit or debit card and PayPal . Any card with a Visa / MasterCard/American Express logo can be used for your purchase at iTecho. This includes prepaid cards and Visa based e-dirham cards.

  1. PayPal Payment:
    If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, also you don't need to register a PayPal account,you may input your credit card's data directly then complete your payment, the following steps as below info:

Can I pay with cash?

iTecho does not support cash on delivery for various reasons. At iTecho, our priority is selling great products and providing the best customer experience. Being cashless helps us ensure smoother and faster deliveries which means lower prices for our customers. Cash also cannot provide the full customer protection services that you get from your bank and card provider.

Do you support international cards?

At iTecho, you can use any credit or debit card with a Visa/MasterCard//American Express logo in the front of the card.

Why was my card declined?

Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information like the expiration date and CVC. Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous fraud systems.

How can I find out more information about a specific decline?

We show as much information as we receive from your bank about a decline. Unfortunately most declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a charge was specifically declined. If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to contact your bank, inquire for more information, and ask for future charges to be accepted.
